Split Commission

Transpacific encourages a teamwork concept to facilitate and maintain business; hence, there are situations in which agents can work together and split commission on cases.

Joint Case Scenarios
2 General methods of Commission Split:

​

1. Referral:

  • 50% for referring agent (provide client contact info and initial client intro; no additional services provided)

  • 50% for closing agent (provide services in product presentation, follow up with client, and overcome objections from client)

    ​

2. Joint Work:

  • 75% for referring agent (provide all services in follow up with client)

  • 25% for closing agent (provide services in product presentations and overcome objections from client)

     

Agent Referral Program

Existing agents may refer new agents to (1) any agent or (2) Transpacific:

​

  1. Referral commission will be paid by accepting agent; production credit would not be calculated for referring agents

  2. Referral commission will be paid by Transpacific; production credit would not be calculated for referring agents

    ​

​

*Referral commission for referring agents are based on their new agent's compensation level.

  • The initial referral program is limited to 2-year term. After the 2nd year, the referring agent must become affiliated with Transpacific with ongoing production to receive continual referral commission

​

  • Promotion is granted based on personal or group production

​

  • Promotion is based on rolling 12 months (not calendar months); commission

    level will be adjusted when agent advances to the next compensation level.

​

  • Matching status is allowed based on incoming agent’s performance within the past 12 months with outside agency (proof of production required)

​

  • Life-time no transfer policy – to avoid internal conflict among agents, interagency transfer within Transpacific is strictly prohibited
